Description
This mobile office workspace consists of a complete turn-key, insulated, and pre-wired 40ft shipping container, which serves as a self-contained office that can be rapidly deployed for many different applications. Structural Foundation & Shell Base Unit: New 40ft by 8ft by 8ft 6in (LxWxH) one trip shipping container. Foundation: High tensile strength Corten (Corrosion-Tenacious) steel corrugated container walls, roof, and floor pan (underframe). Steel type that develops a rust resistant surface. Modification: Cutouts and modification to the shipping container for doors, windows, and HVAC. Reinforced structural steel framework retains container integrity. Construction & Build-Out Build Method: Contained within (CIC). Steel stud structure installed within container. Floor: Multilayered. Original container floor as secondary waterproof barrier. Marine Grade Pressure Treated Plywood sub-floor. Commercial grade vinyl sheet flooring with wear layer.
