Each unit is inspected to make sure the doors, floors, and seals are working properly. With a standard 8’6″ height, this container has a lower profile than a High Cube unit. This makes it a good choice for sites with height limits or areas where a more discreet storage setup is preferred. At 30 feet long, it provides more space than a 20ft container while staying easier to place and manage than a 40ft unit. Each container includes marine-grade plywood flooring over steel cross-members, double cargo doors with heavy-duty locking bars, high-grade rubber door seals, corner castings, and forklift pockets for easier handling. These containers are in one-trip condition. They may show minor cosmetic marks, such as light scuffs or handling marks from initial transport.
